So pretty much I realized I'm not using this blog to it's FULLEST extent... as a brain dump. Let's chit chat about upcoming travel dates, YAY! This year I am determined to get into travel photography, like how fun would it be to get booked outside of Virginia? So fun.
I have a few travel dates already planned for this year that I would love to book some sessions for, here's what I have planned so far.
Pittsburgh, PA
Starting in May I'll be traveling to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for a half marathon, I know, completely unrelated to photography but talking about running any chance I get comes with the territory of being a runner. I'll be in PA from May 1st to May 3rd. Don't worry I have come prepared to this blog post with location ideas (bear with me I'm not a local)! I think some really cool cinematic, vintage style photos could be done at Mellon Park Walled Garden. I fell in love with the architecture of Hartwood Acres Mansion and think this would be a perfect photoshoot location. Now this location I know (I've been to Pitt one time lol) we can always keep it simple with a field background on the water at Point State Park, imagine with the water fountain!
Stevensille, MD
Next, I'll be back in Maryland June 4th-June 7th for my best friends wedding! Obviously the 4th and 5th will be blocked off for wedding festivities but 6th and 7th will be open for bookings. I was actually born and raised in Stevensville, MD so I have so many locations to offer that will match whatever you're looking for. Weather that's Terrapin Nature Park, which is always a hot spot, or Honeybee Flower Farm if you're looking for a gorgeous flower field to frolic around in!

Now this one I am so excited for, I'll be in Oregon June 26th-June 29th for a photography retreat! I'll be flying into Portland and would love to explore ANY possibilities for and Oregon elopement, Oregon engagement session, Oregon couples session, seriously, I'm down for Oregon anything. I am also so open to extending this trip if the availability I have doesn't work for you!
