There’s something so timeless about a love story that starts on a college campus, and for Lindsay and Cole, that story began at Virginia Tech. From freshman year meet-cutes to long-distance chapters, and now coastal living with their dog by the beach, their journey feels like something straight out of a rom-com.

When Lindsay and her groom-to-be reached out for their engagement session, they described their vision perfectly: coastal, nature-filled, and romantic. And honestly? That’s exactly what we created together.


We spent the evening walking barefoot through the sand, letting the ocean breeze flow through every laugh and spin. Since this was their first time having professional photos taken together, I made sure to guide them through each pose, keeping everything fun, natural, and easygoing. They were total naturals, sharing quiet smiles and spontaneous laughter that made every frame feel like home.
